This new small residential complex, which is about 500 m from the center of Prabione and about 8 km from the lake, sits in the serene setting of the Alto Garda Bresciano park. The private swimming pool is at the disposal of guests. Residence Garden also has a free bicycle storage area, private parking and a token-operated washing machine. The 12 apartments, which have a tasteful modern decor, are provided with heating, a kitchenette in the living room (4 burner stove and German-style coffeemaker), a private bath, TV-Sat, and a lake view.

Tourist tax: € 1,70 p.p./day. Free up to 14yo children
MOREOVER:
On arrival a deposit of € 100,00 has to be paid. The deposit will be refunded after a properly handover of the cleaned apartment. This also implies the bathroom (well-swept).
The garbage has to be disposed by the outgoing tenant. Free dumping stations can be found next to swimming pool and at the town's exit in direction to Gardola.
