Wines from Trentino are appreciated all over the world because produced by excellent vineyards, bearers of a story as old as noble. Chardonnay, Lagrein, Marzemino, Merlot, Moscato giallo, Müller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio, Schiava gentile e grossa, Sauvignon bianco, Cabernet, Traminer and Teroldego are the names of prestigious vineyards that give life to the best wines from Trentino and products offered by the members of the Casa del Vino.
Vallagarina's wines find their perfect accompaniment with typical regional products: the intense flavor of the cheeses of Monte Baldo and Vezzena, the flavor of the smoked horse meat sausages and the smell of extra virgin olive oil enhances the flavors and refinement of Trentino wines, produced in these lands.
The Cooperativa Casa del Vino, over the years, had the idea to outsource part of the premises of Palazzo De Probizer to allow for a gastronomic offer, that nicely accompany the fine wines from Trentino produced by its members. Today the restaurant is presented to customers through a strong link with the territory of Vallagarina, bringing to the table every day, the culinary tradition of Trentino.
Over the year and always open, the guest finds a climate of acceptance, openness and willingness by the staff, that tries to satisfy every request and desire. This presence is also the result of an agreement between the MART and the Cooperativa Casa del Vino, the expression of a winning combination: art, food and wine.
Now the Cooperativa has approximately thirty members: an important number that reflects the confidence that these companies put in the management of the Casa del Vino. Over the year the restaurant now has 30,000 people, drawn from a menu that changes every day, even on the quality of local products and research and a more direct contact with the producers. The restaurant is open all year from 12 to 14 and from 19 to 22.
